# Refund and Cancellation Policies

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds are handled for all paid services offered through VsBCBMBStudy.com, including Regular Tutoring and Mentoring, Regular Study Group Support, Introductory appointments, and Workshops.

It should be read together with our General Terms and Conditions, which apply in addition to the specific rules set out on this page.

Because different services are priced and delivered differently, each service type has its own rules below. Please refer to the section that applies to your booking before making or changing an appointment.

By making a booking with VsBCBMBStudy.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Policy.

## Regular Tutoring and Mentoring Appointments

In addition to the general rules in our General Terms and Conditions, the following specific policies apply to regular (non‑introductory) Tutoring and Mentoring appointments:

- Cancellations at least 48 hours before the original appointment time are eligible for a full refund minus any applicable taxes and payment processing fees.

- You may once reschedule your appointment free of charge, up to 48 hours before the original appointment time.

- If (another) reschedule is necessary within two days of your appointment, you will need to cancel and make a new booking. In this case, your original booking is no longer eligible for a full refund (see next two points for details).

- Cancellations less than 48 hours but at least 24 hours before the original appointment time are eligible for a 50% refund of the paid fees minus any applicable taxes and payment processing fees.

- Cancellations less than 24 hours before the original appointment time, or no‑shows, are not eligible for a refund. For these appointments a "no-show" means that you do not join the meeting within 15 min of the scheduled start time.

### Exceptions to these policies

The following situations are exempt from the policies above:

- Cases where you can provide reasonable evidence of exceptional circumstances (for example, illness, accident, or other serious events beyond your control).

- Cases where we need to reschedule at short notice, cancel, or where technical issues on our side (VsBCBMBStudy.com) cause significant interruption or prevent the meeting from going ahead as planned. In these situations, we will contact you to discuss refund and/or rescheduling options based on the specific circumstances at the time.

## Regular Study Group Support Appointments

For Regular Study Group Support appointments, cancellations and rescheduling requests can only be made by the person who paid for the booking (the group representative). Any change applies to the entire group.

- Cancellations at least 48 hours before the original appointment time are eligible for a full refund minus any applicable taxes and payment processing fees.

- You may once reschedule your appointment free of charge, up to 48 hours before the original appointment time.

-If (another) reschedule is necessary within two days of your appointment, you will need to cancel and make a new booking. In this case, your original booking is no longer eligible for a full refund (see next two points for details).

- Cancellations less than 48 hours but at least 24 hours before the original appointment time are eligible for a 50% refund of the paid fees minus any applicable taxes and payment processing fees.

- Cases where we need to cancel, reschedule at short notice, or where technical issues on our side (VsBCBMBStudy.com) cause significant interruption or prevent the Study Group Support meeting from going ahead as planned. In these situations, we will contact the group representative (or they can contact us) to discuss refund and/or rescheduling options based on the specific circumstances at the time.

## Introductory Tutoring, Mentoring, and Study Group Support appointments

These steeply discounted initial meetings (“Introductory” appointments) are:

- Non‑refundable, even if you cancel your appointment after the original booking has been confirmed.

- Not eligible for rescheduling. If you cannot attend, you will need to book a new appointment.

If we need to reschedule or cancel an introductory appointment, or if an introductory meeting is significantly interrupted by technical issues on our side (VsBCBMBStudy.com), we will contact you and give you the option to either reschedule the meeting at no additional cost, or to request a full refund.

## Workshops

For paid workshops:

- Once your booking is confirmed, you cannot reschedule, and the fee you paid is non‑refundable, even if you decide to, and do cancel your appointment at any time after booking.

- The workshop remains open for joining for its entire scheduled duration, even if you join late.

If we need to cancel the workshop, or if a workshop is significantly interrupted by technical issues on our side (VsBCBMBStudy.com), you will receive a free registration link that you can use to register for an alternative date of the same workshop (if available) or a different workshop
